Event Starting Days
The starting days for each event will be as follows:
35 Singles: Friday, April 27
45 Singles: Thursday, April 26 (unless the draw is greater than 16)
55 Singles:Thursday, April 26 (unless the draw is greater than 16)
65 Singles: Wednesday, April 25
75 Singles: Wednesday, April 25
Doubles events will be based on number of entries

Avoidance Requests
We will make every effort to honor any avoidance request in scheduling matches, provided it is submitted before the draw is made. After the draw has been posted, matches will be played as scheduled.

Player Party
The Player Party is scheduled for Friday at 6:30 in the Main Ballroom.

Match Format
MAIN DRAW - Best 2 of 3 tie-break sets. Back Draw - Best 2 of 3 tie break sets with match (10pt) tie break in lieu of 3rd set. Coman Tie break used for all tie-breaks. Maximum of 3 matches per day with a maximum of 2 singles.

THE ENTRY TO BHCC IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM HUNTINGTON AVE. IF YOU ARE TURNING FROM HWY 1 FROM THE SOUTH, TURN ON HUNTING AVE, AT THE LIGHT, GO STRAIGHT ACROSS INTO THE MAIN ENTRY TO THE CC. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM THE NORTH (I495 OR ALEXANRIA), LEFT ON FORT HUNT ROAD, THEN LEFT AT THE FIRST LIGHT INTO THE CC.

Practice courts are available on Tuesday, April 24 after 1:00. Please call the Tennis Shop at 703-329-1170 for availability

Dress Code
Please observe our dress code: predominantly white tennis attire with colored trim is acceptable. Warm-ups of any color are acceptable.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, April 15, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
