Champion a minimum of $1,000.(prize money for the champion,finalist and third place singles and doubles) ALL PLAYERS GETTING PRIZE MONEY HAVE TO FILL UP A W-9 FORM AT THE CLUB. CHECKS WILL BE PROCESS BY THE MIDTOWN HQ IN CHICAGO.WINNERS WILL GET PRIZE MONEY CHECK APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS AFTER THE TOURNAMENT VIA MAIL.
