LATE ENTRIES
Any entries requested after the online deadline (Saturday, June 16th), will incur a $5.00 late entry fee per event to be paid when checking in for your first match.

NOTICE TO DOUBLES PLAYERS:
Please note, even if your partner has registered and listed you as their partner, you still need to register as well (unless your partner registered for you and paid for you).

AVOIDANCE REQUESTS
Play may begin as early as 12:00 NOON on Friday, June 24th. All players must be available to play when scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

ENTRY LIMITATIONS
One singles & one doubles, or two doubles but NOT two mixed doubles. Players entering two events should expect to play multiple matches with mimimum rest periods.

Match Scoring
All matches will be two out of three sets with a MATCH TIEBREAK (10 PT.) IN LIEU OF A 3RD SET. Alternate scoring may be implemented in case of inclement weather.

Withdrawals, refunds, check-in, etc.
No refunds will be offered for withdrawals occurring after June 16TH. A $3 processing fee, which is paid to USTA, is included in the entry fee, and cannot be refunded once you have registered on line. USTA rules will be observed. Point penalty system will be used. Warm-up is limited to 5 minutes. The tournament referee will be the judge in all matters related to matches. Players must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled match. Penalties may be assessed for lateness as determined by the referee, who is the official timekeeper. After checking in, players must remain near the check-in area and be readily available for court assignments.

Player Amenities
All players will receive a great gift! Water will be provided. Fruit and snacks will also be available throughout the tournament. A fantastic lunch will be provided by DATAW ISLAND CLUB!

PLAYERS' LUNCH WILL BE ON SATURDAY AT DATAW
Just reedeem the voucher that is in your tournament bag. Additional lunches may be purchased. Food and drinks will be available for players and spectators to purchase at Dataw during the tournament. CASH ONLY AT POOL CONCESSION STAND. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED IN THE PUB/TABBY ROOM.

AWARDS:
Awards will be given to the Winner & Finalist in all main draw events, unless there are 3 or less in an event, and then only the Winner may receive an award.

DRAWS:
Draws will be posted by Wednesday, June 20th. No refunds will be given after registration closes. In events with 4 or less entrants, a Round Robin format may be used.

SEEDING INFORMATION:
The All Factors Method of Seeding will be used in seeding. If there is any information that you would like us to consider regarding seeding in the event(s) you are entering, please E-MAIL the Tournament Director no later than Sunday, June 17TH.
|
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
If inclement weather affects tournament play, any time changes will be announced at the site, AND posted online on THIS page for all players in advance. Players should review this webpage regularly for updates.

LIGHTS
Lights will be used if necessary.
|
Balls
Wilson Championship Regular Duty tennis balls will be used for play.
|
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, June 16, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
