NEW DOUBLES TIMES FOR G16, BG18
New times have been posted for one G16 doubles match, both G18 doubles, and one B18 doubles, due to the 12 hour rule and late matches on Saturday. Singles Match times will be adjusted to give at least 30 minutes rest after these matches.

There have been changes to the seeds in G12d an G14d due to withdrawals of seeds. Please check the new match times in Future Match Info Report above for doubles on Saturday.

REGISTRATION FOR TOURNAMENT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Registration opens at 10am Saturday. Everyone must REGISTER at the main site - John Drew Smith Tennis Center- at least one hour before going to their scheduled play site for match check in.
If you register on Friday, you may go directly to your scheduled play site on Saturday for singles.
Please save time and have your medical release form completed prior to registration. Thank you!

FIRST MATCH TIMES FOR DOUBLES ARE POSTED above UNDER "FUTURE MATCH REPORT". Please note that there will be 3 rounds of doubles played on Friday for all age groups. BG10 will play 4 rounds (4 six-set matches.
Should we have rain on Friday, we will play as many rounds as possible. No doubles will be scheduled on Saturday. Doubles play would be resumed on Sunday.

SITES DIRECTIONS to STRATFORD
STRATFORD ACADEMY, 6010 Peake Rd. Macon, GA 31220 Take a right on to Northside Dr. Go about 100 yards and take a right on to Riverside Dr. Go 4/10 mile and turn right onto Wimbish Road. Go 1.5 miles, then take a slight left onto Forest Hill Road (Forest Hill Rd is just past North Minster Drive). Go 6/10 of a mile and turn right onto Vineville Ave. Go 1.5 miles, and then turn left onto Tucker Road. Go 2.6 miles and turn right onto Peake Road. Go 4/10 mile, and then turn left into the Academy. You must go all the way around the school to reach the tennis courts parking.

DOUBLES
You must enter doubles in the same age group that you were accepted in for singles. It is your job to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. BOTH partners must (mandatory) sign up with your partner.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION DOUBLES DRAW
First: Both players in the singles main draw.
Second: Player in singles main draw, partner on alternate list.
Third: Both players on alternate list Fourth: Player in main draw, partner not signed up for singles.
Players not in singles pay $25.just for doubles.

*NEW* - BIRTH CERTIFICATES/GREEN CARD:
All players must have a Birth Certificate/Green Card on file with USTA Southern to be SELECTED to play in the Georgia State Junior Qualifying tournament. All players must have a Birth Certificate or Green Card on file in the USTA Southern Office for proof of US citizenship prior to playing in the Georgia State Junior Closed Qualifying Championship. Birth Certificate/Green Card Deadline is 11:59 pm, May 14, 2012. Please check the following link to see if you have one on file with USTA Southern:

Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a 60' court
with a 25 " racket and use low compression balls. JR. SUSPENSION
POINT SYSTEM IN EFFECT. Please see Tournament ID #703457912 for
scoring format for all doubles matches.
DOUBLES ONLY will begin on Friday, June 1, 2012.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, May 22, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
