Great job to all players! We would like to thank all players, parents and coaches for making this years event another great one!

In the 12s-18s, the finalists in the main draw and back draw will be automatically selected for the Midwest Closed. The fifth spot will be selected based on overall player record, advancement in the qualifier, head to head match results and current position on the standing list (not in this order). Selection for the 10s will be posted at a later date. We will be selecting five alternates for the 12-18 divisions and three for the 10s based on the criteria above. For the 10's divisions we will select the top players on the first standing list published with our Qualifier results included to select the top 2 boys and 2 girls and the alternates.

all mathces are on at Jermain Park as of now. Please check back here for more updates. If we get a significant rainfall the 4:30 matches will be moved to PTC and the 5:30 matches to Laurel Hill.

There is a chance for rain on Thurdsay - please check this website for weather updates. If it is a washout we will move the 4:30 matches to Perrysburg Tennis Center and the 5:30 matches to Laurel Hill. Please check back here after 2pm Thursday for an update. Thanks!

Please email kim at kplhstc@aol.com if you will still be in school on Thursday june 9 and/or Friday June 10. Please let me know the earliest possible time you could play because of school. we will only schedule around school events - ACT, school, and graduation.

For 12-18 singles event, we will be playing 2 out of 3 sets. In the 10's we will be playing 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point tie-break being played for the third set. ALL doubles will be 8 game pro sets with a 10-point tie-break being played at 8-8. All doubles is single elimination while all singles are full feed in through the semi-finals

Due to the Midwest Championships for the 10s being held during a different time than the 12-18s, the Midwest decided that it would be ok for kids to play in both the 10s and 12s Qualifier in all the districts. We would like to have players play in the boys and girls 10s as well as in the 12s if they would like. To enter in both divisions, please enter the 10s online and then the call and ask for Kim to enter the 12s or email her at kplhstc@aol.com

Players will be seeded based on the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of the event, first. Then if the seeds are not completed, then we will use the NWOTA Standing list. The list we will be used will be the last one published prior to the last day to register.

There will be no refunds given if a player withdraws less than 7 days prior to the start of the event. This is a rule in the USTA Friend at Court.

The officials at this event will be filing paperwork at the completion of the tournament for any violations that occurred during the event. Players will be notified at the time of the violation. Suspension points will be turned into the District office. A player who accumulates 10 points in a 12 month period will be suspended from USTA/NWOTA events for 6 weeks and other districts and sections will be notified and asked to acknowledge the suspension
