Selection Process
The USTA has advised us that it will be early next week, possibly next Tuesday Aug. 7th before the selection process is completed. It is a 27 step process that takes a while to complete. At that time we will know who is in and who will be on the alternate list. Thank you for your understanding.

Alternates
If you have missed the deadline, email me, Steve Henry at okctenniscenter@att.net and ask to be placed on our alternant list. Last year we had many that made it in the main draw from this list.

Site/Draws/Times
All matches to be played at the OKC Tennis Center, 3400 N. Portland Ave. Girls 12, 14,16, 18 Divisions are 32 draws all on on hard courts. All Doubles Draws are 16 draw and on hard courts. SCHEDULE OF PLAY/START TIMES/ Draws will be available on-line the day before the tournament starts. Play will start at 8am 9/1/12 and we will play two rounds of singles and start doubles on Saturday afternoon. Singles will be two out of three full sets in the front draw, the backdraw use a match tie-break for the third set, doubles will be an 8 game proset. There will be a playoff for 3rd and 4th in the front draw of singles and for doubles. Our desk staff does not have start times.

Order of Play
Draws will be posted Thursday.
Singles play will begin at 8:00am Saturday, and Doubles will start Saturday afternoon.

Tournament Format
USTA Regional Tournaments, B/G 18, 16, and 14 divisions. Main Draw Singles including 3rd and 4th place: Best of 3 tiebreak sets. FIC: Best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. Doubles: 8 game Pro set with a10-point Match tiebreak at 8 games all. All singles and doubles draws shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All players are requiered to play the third and fourth place playoff.

Doubles Information
Each age draw is limited to 16 teams. Players may only compete in the singles age division played. No cross age teams will be permitted. You may still sign up for doubles on Friday at the Player check in at The OKC Tennis Center between 5-7pm. We will maintain a "looking" list to assist you. We recommend that players confirm their entry at that time. Doubles draws will be made after player check-in.

Player Check in
Player sign-in will be held at The OKC Tennis Center on Friday 7/6, from 5-7pm. The address is 3400 N. Portland Ave. While this is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Players will have their last chance to confirm or find a doubles partner. Player’s gift packets and maps will also be handed out.

FYI
Norman Oklahoma is the home of the Westwood Tennis Center. This site is 30 minutes or 25 miles south of the OKC Tennis Center and will be hosting the USTA Regional B14, B16 event the same weekend as our event. This may be helpful when trying to get a family or team member in a Regional event in a nearby location.

Goodholm Park, 26th & Robinson 5 courts, 3.8 miles from the Tennis Center.
Earlywine Tennis Center 119th and S. May Ave. 12 courts, 14 miles from the Tennis Center.
Putnam City North High School 11800 N. Rockwell Ave. 6 courts, 8.5 miles from the Tennis Center.
The OKC Tennis Center will open at 7:00am Daily for players to warm-up.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the top 6 singles finishers and 2 doubles teams in each age group.

Tournament Ball
The tournament ball will be the USPTA Penn Marathon Ball. If you split sets in the main draw you may request 3 new balls for the third set.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
