PRACTICE COURTS:
There will be practice courts for everyone before play each day. They will also be available at sporadically thoughout the day.

ON-SITE ALTERNATE PROCEDURES
Alternates must sign-in at the tournament desk no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. If a default or withdrawal creates a vacancy in the draw, then the alternate who has signed-in and is highest on the alternate list will fill the vacancy. Alternates may play doubles even if they are not admitted to singles
Effective January 1, 2009, the procedure for accepting on-site alternates into the draw was rewritten for clarification as follows:
1. On each day in which alternates may be accepted into a draw, any alternate desiring admittance must check-in and be ready for play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate.
2. The order of the alternate list is based on the original Alternate List published by the tournament, not a more recent National Standings List, and not in the order in which the players check in.

REFUNDS
All tournament withdrawals BEFORE the entry deadline must be done on TennisLink. ALL withdrawal requests AFTER the entry deadline must be made in writing by e-mail to Matt Fraenza, Tournament Director, at branfordtennis@aol.com. Requests must include player name, USTA number, a detailed reason for the withdrawal, mailing address, and phone number. All written verification should be e-mailed to Matt Fraenza, Tournament Director, at branfordtennis@aol.com. PLEASE NOTE - THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ENTRY FEE REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON, FOR WITHDRAWALS MADE AFTER NOON ON MONDAY, August 18th

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, August 02, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
