Anyone who plans to be here as an on site alternate should email me in advance to let me know you'll be here. On site alternates will then need to check in at their designated site on Saturday morning at 8:00am. B14 - ATA. B12 - WLHS. G14 - LTHS. G12 - ATA

A few slight adjustments have been made to the G12's Draw due to a seeded player withdrawing. Please double check your draw to make sure your match time has not changed.

All players must provide a signed USTA waiver form at registration. You may click on the following link, print and bring the waiver with you or you may fill one out at registration. A parent signature is required. more info

The Doubles Sign Up wil remain open until noon Saturday, October 27th. Players who have indicated to me who they are playing with now show up on the doubles competitor list. Players may email me anytime with their partner's name. Players who do not have a partner, may sign up at their playing site on Saturday morning without a partner and will be paired up by the tournament committee if there is someone available. Final doubles selections will be made after noon on Saturday.

Singles seeds are now posted. The 10/17 NSL was used for seeding. Highly ranked players from the younger age division were considered for seeding as well.

1. Players with 100 or more ranking points on the NSL of the natural age division (so G14 NSL for a G14's draw) shall be listed at the top of the alternate list in the order their names appear on such NSL. 2. Players with 100 or more ranking points on the NSL of the next younger age division (so B12 NSL for a B14's draw) shall be listed in the order their names appear on such NSL below the first group of players 3. Remaining natural age group players in order of NSL 4. Remaining younger age group players in order of NSL 5. Players who have no national ranking in either age group are ordered by lot (randomly) 6. Late entrants shall be listed below timely entrants in the order received (not by their position on the NSL).

Draws will be posted at 2:00pm. Players should report to their site at the following times for doubles:

All matches are regular (ad) scoring. B&G 12s: 2 tie-break sets with a 10-pt deciding match tie-break in lieu of the final set in MAIN DRAW and consolation draws. B&G 14s: Best of 3 Tie-break sets for Main Draw and 3rd Place Playoffs Consolation matches play 2 tie break sets with a 10-pt tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set. Feed In Consolation is played through the semi's. The finals will not be played. All Doubles: One 8 game pro-set, 10 point tie break at 8-all.

We will use 3 sites on Saturday. ATA, LTHS and WLHS. All sites are within 15-20 min of each other (LTHS and ATA are 10 min apart). Click on the following link for a map that shows all 3 sites as well as other courts in the area. more info

The Holiday Inn Northwest Arboretum offers the lowest cost lodging option of our host properties. It is located in the Arboretum area which includes lots of restaurants and shopping options. It takes approximately 35 minutes to get to ATA from this property but may be closer to some of our alternate sites like WLHS more info

Practice courts will not be available at the 3 playing sites on Saturday after 8:15. Matches begin at 8:30. West Ridge Middle School has courts that are usually available on a first come first serve basis (and are relatively close to all 3 sites). If you prefer to book a court ahead of time, you can try Caswell Tennis Center, South Austin Tennis Center or Barton Creek Country Club. There is no Friday evening registration. Players should plan to be at their playing site at least 30 minutes prior to their first match time to register for the tournament, sign in for doubles and check in for their match.

Airport The Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport is approx 45-60 min. from the Austin Tennis Academy. The ATA is in southwest Austin. Go west on Hwy 71W for approximately 22 miles, Hwy 71W is called US 290W for a few miles, follow signs to Hwy 71W. When you get to the light at Hwy 620, get into left lane, turn left into Spanish Oaks across from McCoys.

We will do everything we can to complete the tournament even if we have inclement weather. The Austin weather can change very quickly and we have 3 days to complete the event. If necessary, we will go to alternate scoring to speed up the matches. This website will be updated with any weather related delays or you may call ATA at 512-276-2271 during the tournament for weather related updates. WITHDRAWALS - Please click on edit registration on the left side of this homepage and follow the directions to withdraw before the deadline. Please email me at brian.notis@austintennisacademy.com if you need to withdraw from the tournament after the deadline. Include your name, division and reason for withdrawing. Written notification (email is sufficient) is required for withdrawals after the entry deadline as per USTA rules. There are no refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline or for weather related cancellations.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE - Please register at your playing site 15-30 minutes before your first match. You will then also need to check in for each of your matches (including your first match) when you are ready to play (before your scheduled time, of course) and stay within earshot of the tournament desk.
