USTA Regional Tournament Segment- July (Elm Grove)

For those that signed up for doubles without a partner, check the competitors list for your doubles partner. I will post the doubles draws online Friday night. Doubles will start after singles play is completed for the day.

Draw size is 64 singles players and 32 doubles teams

All Main Draw singles matches will be 2 of 3 full sets. All consolation matches will be 2 sets with a match tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set. All doubles matches will be an 8 games pro set with a 10point tie-break at 8-8.

All players will play singles matches Saturday morning at 8 or 930am. In the main draw we will play 2 matches the first day, 1 match the second day, 2 matches the third day and the finals on the fourth day. FIC will be played to the final, but the final will not be played. Doubles 1 match day 1, 2 matches day 2, 1 match day 3 and the finals on the last day.

The main site for the tournament is Western Racquet Club (WRC) in Elm Grove, WI. We will also use Brookfield East High Schoo(BEHS) 3305 N Lilly Road, Brookfield, WI 53005 and Heyer Park (HEYER)1209 Heyer Dr Waukesha, WI 53186.

You may sign up for multiple regional tournaments. There are 8 events in each age group and you can sign up for a maximum of 4 events total. The tennis link admin fee is not refundable.

Courts at Western Racquet Club and all other sites will be available on a first come first serve basis. During the tournament, no warmup courts will be available on the site once play had begun for the day. Some alternative court locations close to Brookfield East and Western Racquet Club are 1) Brookfield Central High School 16900 W. Gephardt Road, Brookfield WI 53005. 2) Wisconsin Hills Middle School 18700 West Wisconsin Ave, Brookfield, WI 53045. Close to Heyer Park--Buckner Park 223 Oakland Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186.
