If you have a match scheduled at West Hills you do not need to check in at Tualatin Hills Tennis Center you can go directly to West Hills.

All starting times have been published Due to the size of the tournament we are unable to make any changes to match times. If you are unable to play your 1st round match here are your options - you can stay in the draw and play in the consolation draw - we can withdraw you from the tournament and refund your money but your name will remain in the draw. If you plan on withdrawing please let the tournament director know before Friday so we can get in touch with your opponents as early as possible.

We will be playing some of our matches at West Hills Racket Club. Attached are directions from Tualatin Hills Tennis Center to West Hills Racket Club. If you have a match at that site it is identified with WHR following the match time. If you have questions regarding the location of the your match email or call the tournament director. more info

All draws have been published with the exception of Girls 18 doubles. Starting times will be added on Tuesday Jan 11th.

Please note that on Saturday and Sunday we will be playing matches beginning at 7am and as late as 9:30pm. We will do our best to stay on time.

At this point we have not added any players from the waiting list to the tournament. We have decided due to the massive size of this tournament we will not be adding players from the wait list. Thank you for your understanding.

Draws are scheduled to be published by 8pm on Monday January 9th. Please check the tournament home page for updates.

Due to the size of the tournament we will be starting on Friday January 14th with matches at 2pm.

Please check the updated competitors list to make sure you are paired with the correct partner. If you are not paired up you will be randomly paired up. If there is a problem you must email the tournament director by Saturday Jan 8th by 12pm.

If you missed the registration deadline please email the tournament director with your entry information and you will be added to the wait list.
