Friday Night Club Dining
Friday night club dining features prime rib, beef tips, sirloin steak plus shrimp scampi, shrimp and grits, all the sides and dessert for $19.95 / person. Open 5-8pm. Tennis attire is acceptable.

Entries
Players can enter a total of 2 events. You may select one NTRP level for singles, one for doubles, and/or one for mixed doubles, but cannot play two NTRP levels within singles, doubles or mixed.

Avoidances
We will attempt to accomodate your requests for avoidances, if received in writing by the close of entries. Because of the large numbers in this tournament, it will not be possible to honor multiple avoidance requests from the same player or team.

Tie-break in lieu of 3rd set
A ten point tie-break will be used in lieu of a full third set.

Tie-break format
ALL tie-breaks (set and match will be regular format. The Coman tie-break is not an approved format for adult tournament competition in Georgia!

Healy Point Country Club Dress Code
Appropriate tennis attire and court shoes must be worn on court at all times. The Director of Tennis reserves the right to ask any member or guest to change attire if s/he feels that it violates the spirit of this policy. Pool
The Healy Point Pool will be available for the use of tournament players and their families during the tournament, at the guest rate of $5 per person (per day). Please sign in and pay at the Pool Pavilion.

Directions to Healy Point
I-75, Exit 169, Arkwright Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn East. Carrabba's, Outback, and Waffle House should be on your right. Just around the curve, turn right into the River North community (River North Blvd). Tell the guard you are going to the Country Club. Continue 3 miles down River North Blvd. At the stop sign, turn right into Healy Point Country Club.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 23, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
