Lucky Losers

Lucky Losers have been drawn for spots in the Main Draw, if there are Withdrawls or Defaults. The order for the Men is Hui, Majidian, Da Silveria, and Fukuoka. Men must report on Thursday at 8:00 AM. The order for the Women is Saavedra and Massi. Women must report on Friday at 9:00 AM.

Notes

Prize money will be awarded in the Mens and Womens Open based on the number of entries. Qualifying rounds for both Men's and Women's Open Singles will be held on Tuesday, April 26, at the Ojai Valley Athletic Club, 409 Fox St., Ojai (805-646-7213). ALL PLAYERS SHOULD SUBMIT RECENT AND PAST TOURNAMENT INFORMATION WITH ENTRY TO GIVE SELECTION COMMITTEE ACURATE INFORMATION FOR SEEDING AND ENTRY INTO MAIN DRAW. PLEASE EMAIL ANNE WILLIAMSON IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS at anneinojai@sbcglobal.net. Tournament Committee reserves the right to select two "wild card" entries in the Men's Open Singles main draw [32] and one "wild card" entry in the Women's Open Singles main draw [16]. Please check our website at www.ojaitourney.org. The Ojai Valley Inn once again is offering Three (3) complimentary rooms during the tournament for the top three ranked players entered by the deadline.

Messages

The draws and times as posted are subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason. If a player withdraws from the qualifying, a player from the waiting list may be inserted in the open spot. Any player affected by a time change will be notified by tournament personnel

All Qualifying rounds will be two (2) sets with a Match Tie Break if necessary in lieu of a third (3rd) set.

Player Selection Type

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, April 17, 2011 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
