Doubles Information - Play will begin on Friday PM after singles
The doubles draw will be 16 teams. We do not close the doubles until 12 pm on Friday, so you have plenty of time to sign up and find a partner. If you have a partner, please email us, so we can get it in the system.

Starting Times Have Been Posted
All starting times are posted. All girls matches will be played Longfellow. All boys matches will be played at Natick on Friday, Longfellow on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone will play two singles on Friday.

The Boston Marriot Newton in Newton, Ma 617-969-1000 or 800-228-9290 and the Marriot Courtyard in Natick, Ma 508-655-6100 or 800-321-2211. The rate at the Boston Marriot Newton is $119 and the Marriot Courtyard is $99 plus applicable taxes. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the Longfellow Club-National Open Participant when making your reservations. These are the only hotels that are tournament hotels. Reservations must be made by Friday,November 12, 2010.
Other hotels in Natick-Framingham include Hampton Inn, Shearton Tara, Crowne Plaza and Red Roof Inn.

Playing Sites Address
The address for The Longfellow Club in Wayland is 524 Boston Post Rd, Wayland, MA 01778. It is about 1/2 hour from Newton Marriot and 20 minutes from the Courtyard. 508-358-7355.
The address for the Natick Racquet Club is 16 Michigan Dr, Natick, Ma 01760. The time from the Newton Marriot is 25 minutes and from the Courtyard, 15 minutes. 508-653-4606.

Waiver Form must be presented at check in and be signed by your parents!
For all National Tournaments, the USTA Waiver form, found at: http://assets.usta.com/assets/1/15/Medical%20Release%20Form10.pdf,
must be given to the Tournament Director and it must be signed by your parents. Coaches are not allowed to sign the form in lieu of your parents. Thanks.

Girls Matches Played in Wayland, Boys in Natick, Sunday All in Wayland
All girls matches on Friday and Saturday will be played in Wayland. The Boys on Friday only will be played in Natick. On Sunday, all matches will be at Wayland.

Check In
All players must check in 1 hour before match time. You must have your Waiver Form signed by your parents at check in. Check in will be at both locations.

Alternate List
The ordered Alternate List will be Ready by Thursday at 5 pm due to the amount of entries.

The Longfellow Cafe
The Longfellow Cafe will be open for healthy breakfast and lunches! The hours will be:
Friday 7-4
Saturday 7-3
Sunday 8-2

Practice Courts - Available to Book on Monday, November 14th
Practice Courts will be available at both Natick and Wayland Longfellow Clubs on Wednesday Night and Friday AM, Sat AM and Sun AM. On Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, courts are available in Wayland only. The cost of a practice court is $38 per hour. Players are limited to sign up for 1 hour of practice court time per morning (between 6-8AM). We encourage everyone to share courts whenever possible. Phil Parrish, The Tournament Director, will help you find a practice partner. If you want a hitting lesson with a Longfellow Pro, please let Phil know and he will set it up. The cost is $87.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2011 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
