The Virginia Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center is serving as the host hotel for our event. The hotel is located on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay and is an all-suites facility. The hotel is located within five minutes of the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club and offers shuttle service between the facilities. Tournament registration will be held Saturday, July 16th from 3:00 - 5:00pm at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE REGISTRATION, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED BY FRIDAY, JULY 15th, BY EMAIL to laurieh@vbtcc.hrcoxmail.com (preferable) OR BY CALLING (757)481-7545, ext. 11.

We will be accepting doubles entries until Saturday, July 16th at 5:00p.m.. The doubles draw will be made immediatley following the entry close. Doubles play will start on Sunday, July 17th. You may email doubles entry information to laurieh@vbtcc.hrcoxmail.com until Friday, July 15th. As soon as you know who your partner will be, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance.

Practice courts will be available at the Virginia Beach Tennis & Country Club prior to and during parts of the tournament. Courts prior to the start of the tournament can be reserved by calling the pro shop at (757)481-7545, ext. 0. You may book courts 3 days in advance in one hour increments. Practice courts for Sunday, July 17th, may be booked during registration.

IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL PLAYERS BRING A SIGNED MEDICAL RELEASE FORM TO THE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION OR SEND IT TO US BY EMAIL OR FAX. PLAY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT THIS FORM BEING TURNED IN PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT.
