Notes
The Lincolnshire Club has hosted several National and Midwest
level tournaments in the past several years, including the Girls 16
Midwest Indoor Championships, the B14 March Designated Series, and
the Girls 12 Fall Midwest Closed Championships. The Lincolnshire
Club has a sister club located in the neighboring community of
Libertyville. Between the two clubs we have 11 indoor courts
available for tournament play.

November National Open Level 2
This tournament is designed to bring together the top Girls 12 and
under players in the US. Any Girls 12s player in the US are
encouraged to apply however in the past only players on the
USTA/Midwest Section or USTA National Standings List have been
accepted into the tournament.

NEW scoring format for 2011.
All singles matches will be 2 regualr scoring sets( In lieu of a
third set a match tie-break will be played) Doubles matches will be
8 game pro-sets( with a tie-break played at 8 games all, first one
to 7 points by a margin of 2) ALL
32 Draw with Feed in Consolation, FIC The feed in consolation will
be played all the way until the semi-finals. No FIC finals will be
played.
2011 USTA/National SEEDING AND SELECTION
CRITERIA
All USTA/National Sectional and Designated Tournaments will adhere
to the following Seeding and Selection Criteria as set by the
USTA/National Section Junior Competition Committee. Players will be
selected based on the most current USTA/National Section Standing
List at the time of the tournament entry deadline. Players will be
selected by the following; 1. Eight (8) players from the top 100 of
the most current USTA/National Section Standing List in next lower
division (except in the boys and girls 12s divisions where 4
players will be selected); 2. 56 players from the most current
USTA/National Section Standing List in the current age division of
the event (except in the boys and girls 12s division where 60
players will be accepted); Remaining vacancies and/or alternates
will be selected from the USTA/National Section Standing List in
the division of the event. Seeding will be done based on the
USTA/National Section Standing List the following week. The second
list will only be used for Seeding. The alternates will not be
re-numbered with this new list.
PLAYER SELECTION/ALTERNATES Player
Selection (Competitors/Players By Event) and Numbered Alternate
Listing will be posted on this tournament page by 6 p.m. on the
Monday following the tournament entry deadline. Competitors are
listed above by clicking on the Players by Event Report. Alternates
will be/are llisted numerically and may be seen by clicking on the
Alternates by Event Report Above. All Alternates please contact
Gerald Losievsky at gerald.losievsky@club-net.com with your day and
evening telephone numbers. If you would like to be removed from the
alternate list please contact gerald.losievsky@club-net.com.
Players who are on the alternate list and who are signed up for
another tournament may receive five National Suspension points for
signing up for two events unless they have written consent of both
tournament directors.

Tournament Officiating
USTA officials will be used for this tournament. If a USTA official
is not present the tournament director will resolve all disputes.
If players have a dispute and neither the offical or tournament
director is not on court they should to go the net and raise their
racquet alerting the tournament director they need
assistance.

847-634-9555.The room rate for a double room is $79 plus tax per
night. Please mention US Team National Open when making your
reservation.

Reportabove, to find out your first match time. Matches will
be played at two clubs. Please make sure you know which Club you
will be playing at. Match times followed by "Liber" will be played
at the Libertyville Tennis & Fitness Club, 1030 S. Fourth
Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048 (847-362-5553). Matches followed by
"Linco" will be played at The Linclonshire Club, 96 Elm Road,
Lincolnshire, IL 60069 (847-913-2000). Please note that the time on
the far left is the first match starting time. The match on the
right is the player's second match time. The match time following a
"W" is the second match time if the player wins his/her first
match. The match time following an "L" is the second match time if
the player loses his/her first match. Plan to arrive at the proper
club at least fifteen minutes before your starting time. Please
allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the clubs. If
you are lost or stuck in traffic, calling the club prior to your
starting time may be a factor in not being defaulted or
penalized.
WARM-UP COURTS
Warm-Up courts are available for players at no charge on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday from 7- 7:30 a.m. or 7:30-8 a.m. You may book
Friday warm-up court by calling the Lincolnshire Club at
847-913-2000 after 6 p.m. CST on Wednesday, November 23. Players
may reserve a time to warm-up on Friday morning for no charge,
however players may only reserve � hour of shared court time per
player. Players will have priority, four players per court for �
hour. Coaches and parents my warm-up players only if all four spots
on the court are not reserved for players. Players will be charged
$10 if they sign up for a warm-up time and do not use it or cancel
beforehand. Players may reserve warm-up times for Saturday any time
after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2011. Players may reserve
warm-up courts for Sunday and Monday only after they have completed
their matches for the current day. There will also be warm-up time
available on Friday at the Libertyville Club from 7-7:30, 7:30-8.
Please call the Libertyville Club at 847-362-5553 to sign up for
Libertyville warm-up time.
USTA/National SECTION DOMICILE RULES:
The USTA/Midwest Section Closed Junior Championships, the district
qualifiers, the USTA/Midwest Section Designated Tournaments,
USTA/Midwest Indoor Fall Closed/Indoor Opens and USTA/Midwest
Section Junior Davis & Wightman Cup events are open to citizens
of the U.S. permanent resident aliens in possession of a valid
alien registration card, individuals who are applicants for
adjustment to lawful permanent resident status and who can present
a USCIS receipt for a pending unadjudicated form I-485, aliens who
have resided continuously in the US for more than one year and who
are members of families of persons in the diplomatic or consular
corps and aliens who have been granted Refugee Status, Asylee
Status or Temporary Protected Status.
CONTACT INFORMATION
We cannot contact you unless you provide us your telephone numbers
and your e-mail address. The USTA Legal Department has determined
that they cannot provide contact information to tournament
directors unless the customer provides the contact information
during the registration process. Previously the home phone number
and email address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database
when a player went through the online registration process. The
pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide
an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this
tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible
changes in the tournament.
USTA/National SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM AND
SIGNING UP FOR TWO TOURNAMENTS
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension
Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire
event as scheduled. The USTA/National Section Junior Competition
Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players
will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more
tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple
entries in writing via e-mail. This applies to all players who
signed up for the tournament including alternates.
DRESS CODE
As recommended by the USTA, DRAWS WILL BE POSTED
ON THE COMPLETION OF THE FIRST ROUND

be played at The Lincolnshire Club and The Libertyville Club on
Saturday and Sunday.
Tournament matches at The Lincolnshire Club may be
digitally recorded and purchased as a
DVD.
By registering for this tournament you are agreeing to have your
tournament matches recorded. These recordings will be available for
sale at the tournament desk.
The Lincolnshire Club
The Lincolnshire Club is a 45,000 sq ft full service club built on
innovative programs and personalized instruction. The club features
five indoor hard-courts, four outdoor clay courts, state-of-the art
fitness center, group exercise studio, outdoor pool, pro shop with
racquet stringing on-site and locker rooms with towel service. The

Player Selection Type4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2011 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
