Food Schedule
Here are the schedule of food for the tournament:
Each Night - Soft drinks will be available before/after your matches
Friday Night - 6:00 PM - Pizza and Beer, along with some entertainment
Saturday Morning - Continental type breakfast foods available
Saturday - 12:00 - Lunch provided by Hibachi Steakhouse, each player will receive two tickets for lunch when you get your shirt.....additional tickets are $5 a piece (proceeds to the Larimer Humane Society)

Tournament Format
Due to our larger than expected turnout, we have the need to change the format to 2 out of 3 sets with a 3rd set tiebreaker played in lieu of a 3rd set. In the semi-finals and finals of the main draw and finals of the consolation draw, we will play a full 3rd set.

DRAWS POSTED!!!
The draws have been posted. We have a great turnout, larger than we had anticipated, which is a great thing! We tried our best to work around schedule conflicts. Since our turnout was so large, we are going to be tight on court time for reschedules. If you find a conflict in your first round, please let us know and we can get you in contact with your opponent to help you find a time that works for you both (needs to be completed prior to the scheduled time of the next round).
Consolation times will be posted soon, but we anticipate those draws being played on Saturday and Sunday.
Since we are tight on court time, please be sure to arrive for your matches 15 minutes prior to the start time as we will get matches on as soon as we can.

T-Shirt Sizes
Every participant in the Loveland Open will receive a T-Shirt. If you register online, please send an e-mail to jpetersen12@hotmail.com with your T-shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL). If you mail in an entry form, please mark your t-shirt size on the form.
If you are registering and paying for both you and your partner, please specify your partners t-shirt size in the e-mail as well.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 1, 2010 11:59:00 AM Mountain Time.
