First the players that entered before the deadline are listed in a random order, followed by the late alternates that were orders randomly from the group that entered late. Three Minute Rule for Rest Period before Tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set
Treat the break as a set break that is three minutes long, with the exception that coaching is permitted on court. The only usual reason for a player to leave court would be for a toilet break. A player taking a toilet break may be coached during that break and a player remaining on court while their opponent takes a toilet break may be coached for the entire time the opponent is gone.

Number of player in the Nov. National Open/ Selection Notice/ Seeding
The individual draws are 32 in singles but there are 4 draws around the country (128 total players), more than 32 will sign up for individual sites but only 32 will be selected at each site. The remainder will be placed on an alternate list based on where the players said they would play and the alternates would be called if someone withdraws at one of those sites. If players (families) are willing to travel they have a better chance of getting into one of the draws. >br?
The selections will be completed early next week. We will be notified by National and then each tournament will publish the list for their site, along with the alternate list. We will use the Nov. 16lth National Standings for Seeding.
