All matches will be played at Boarshead Sports Club

All matches in the top half of the draw will be played at Boarshead, all matches in the bottom half of the draw will be played at the Synder courts at the University of Virginia, all back draw matches will be played at Boarshead, all matches will be played outdoors weather permitting

All match times for Friday are the same rain or shine, there will be only one singles match Friday, doubles draw will be posted by 6:30 and first round doubles matches will be played Friday night

Due to a registration error no one has been charged for doubles, there will be a sign in at the desk prior to your first match and everyone will need to pay $25 on site

Please e-mail or call the tournament director PRIOR to the entry deadline with requests for start times. We will try to do our best to accomodate requests but it will depend on the draw size.

We will try to play this tournament outdoor as long weather cooperates. If it is over 50 degrees we will play outdoors, otherwise matches will be played indoors.

There will be a doubles sign in at the tournament desk open unitl everyone has played thier first round singles match

There will be a backdraw for everyone round but it will depend on the weather. Backdraws may be cancelled if matches can not be played outdoors.
