alternate and still would be able to play Friday, please email me
by 4PM Eastern Thursday to remain on the alternate list. Only those

LEVEL 3/USTA NATIONAL and MIDWEST POINTS PER
ROUND
This tournament is for BG14s. Draws are limited to
the top 25 players off both the Boys and Girls 14s National
selection List. 6 players are selected from the most recent
National Selection List in the the next younger age division (In
this case Boys and Girls 12s). These selections were made off of
the September 22nd, 2010 seeding lists for selection and the
October 13th list will be used for seedings. The last spot is
alloted for a wildcard selection by the tournament director. Our
wildcard will be given to a local player in our program through a
closed wildcard tournament for both the boys and girls age
divisions. These regulations are consistent with the 2010 USTA/
Friend at Court and will be followed at all Regional tournaments
listed on the national schedule.
SITES
The host club for this event is Five Seasons
Sports Club. The club is located at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH
45249. Five Seasons features 8 indoor hard courts and is one of the
finest indoor tennis facilities in the Midwest. The club amenities
also include a restaurant/bar, spa, salon, two-floor gym, studios
for aerobics/pilates, indoor and outdoor pool, small track and much
more. If the weather is suitable, the club also provides 4 outdoor
hard and 4 outdoor clay tennis courts. You can reach Five Seasons

SELECTIONS
Seedings and selections will be based off of the
most recent National seeding list following the entry deadline
(September 22nd, 2010 for selection, October 13th for
seeding.)
USTA CONTACT INFORMATION
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy
Laws, your contact information from USTA membership doesn't show up
in the Tournament Directors' software anymore. Only what you
indicate during the registration process shows up. We have no way
of contacting you if you leave these areas blank. For instance,
your opponent is sick. You may make an extra trip here and not need
to. You must indicate all phone numbers, home, cell (a must!), work
and your email address on each registration, EACH and EVERY time,
for each and every tournament you register for.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Matches will begin at 8AM on Friday morning. Each
player will play two rounds, win or lose on Friday. Play will begin
at 8AM on both Saturday and Sunday also. Feed-in-consolation finals
will not be played. Remember, this event is singles only.
SCORING
New this year, the main draw will be regular
scoring (full third set). The Feed-in-Consolation will still
feature a 10-point super tiebreaker in lieu of a third set.

FIRST ROUND MATCH TIME
Come back to this page the Monday before the start
of the tournament and click on the blue Future
Match Info Report to find out your first match time. All
other online times with the exception of the first match time are
tentative to change. Please rely on your match card for any future
match times.
PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts are available on Wednesday and
Thursday before the tournament starts by calling Five Seasons at
469-1400. We will have a limited number of day time courts
available Thursday. The courts cost $20 for a half hour and $35 for
one hour.
WARM-UP COURTS
Courts will be available to purchase during the
event in the morning before play begins. These courts will be
available Friday morning from 5:30-8AM, Saturday 7-8 AM and Sunday
7-8 AM. Courts will cost $20/half hour and $35/hour. Hitting
sessions with pros will also be available for $65-$75 an hour.
Court time cannot be booked more than one week in advance.
USTA/National SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM AND SIGNING
UP FOR TWO TOURNAMENTS
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of
Conduct and Suspension Point System is in effect. You are expected
to play the entire event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section
Junior Competition Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point
System. All players will be given five (5) suspension points for
entering two or more tournaments that take place at the same time,
in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved
agrees with the multiple entries in writing via e-mail. This
applies to all players who signed up for the tournament including
alternates.
WITHDRAWS/MIDWEST SUSPENSION POINT
SYSTEM
If you need to withdraw while registration is still open, please go
to our homepage and in the left margin click on "Edit Registration"
and proceed to withdraw. No reason is necessary. If registration
has closed and tournament has not begun yet, please email
SchubertBH@hotmail.com and list the reason for withdraw. If
tournament has begun, please call the club at 513-469-1400 and ask
for tournament desk. REMEMBER when withdrawing
from a USTA event once the selections have been made, the only
reasons that are accepted by the USTA Referee without incurring
five suspension points are injury, illness or family
emergency.
WITHDRAWING/CHANGING AGE DIVISIONS
Use the "Edit Registration Link" (in left margin) to
Withdraw or Change Age Divisions, while registration is open. WE
cannot withdraw you while registration is still open. After
deadline passes, you must withdraw by contacting Brian , preferably
and more rapidly received via email SchubertBH@hotmail.com
or by calling 513-469-1400. You must give the reason for withdraw
in your message. You cannot change age divisions after
deadline.
SEEDING REGULATIONS
The number of players seeded shall equal a power of two (for
example 2,4,8,16,32). The maximum ratio of players seeded shall be
one in three, except that any draw may have two seeds. No more
seeded players at #'s 5,6,7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, etc. For reference
