Longfellow has an excellent cafe with great food. The hours are:
Thursday 8-2 (B'fast until 11 and limited menu (cold sandwiches) until 2.
Friday 8-5
Saturday 8-5
Sunday 9-3

Doubles Information
The doubles draw will be 32 teams. We do not close the doubles until 2 pm on Thursday, so you have plenty of time to sign up and find a partner. At check in, please give us your doubles partner. Thanks.

Local Hotel Information
The Boston Marriot Newton in Newton, Ma 617-969-1000 or 800-228-9290 and the Marriot Courtyard in Natick, Ma 508-655-6100 or 800-321-2211. The rate at the Boston Marriot Newton is $109 and the Marriot Courtyard is $107 plus applicable taxes. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the Longfellow Club when making your reservations. Reservations must be made by Friday,November 12, 2010. Other hotels in Natick-Framingham include Hampton Inn, Shearton Tara, Crowne Plaza and Red Roof Inn.

Tournament Draws to Be Posted
The Boys National Open Draw and Times will be posted by 9 PM, Monday, November 22nd.

Playing Sites Address
The address for The Longfellow Club in Wayland is 524 Boston Post Rd, Wayland, MA 01778. It is about 1/2 hour from Newton Marriot and 20 minutes from the Courtyard.
The address for the Natick Racquet Club is 16 Michigan Dr, Natick, Ma 01760. The time from the Newton Marriot is 25 minutes and from the Courtyard, 15 minutes.

Mandatory Players Meeting
here will be a mandatory players meeting at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 24th. The meeting will last an hour. Prizes will be given away. In the event you cannot make the players meeting, you must notify the tournament director via enail and you must check in 1 hour prior to your match. All players must have the USTA Waiver Form signed by their parents in order to play. Waiver form available at USTA.com

Waiver From Must Be Presnted at Check In and Signed by Parents!
For all National Tournaments, the USTA Waiver form, found at: http://assets.usta.com/assets/1/15/Medical%20Release%20Form10.pdf,
must be given to the Tournament Director and it must be signed by your parents. Coaches are not allowed to sign the form in lieu of your parents. Thanks.

Match Schedule for the Tournament
Matches will be scheduled as follows: Championship Singles play begins Thursday, November 25th (2 Rounds of singles). Championship Doubles Begin on Friday, November 26th (2 Rounds of Doubles). Consolation Draw (through quarters) begin Thursday, November 25th (1 round). A maximum of 2 rounds of singles will be scheduled each day. However, players entered in doubles must be prepared to play 4 matches each day (two singles and two doubles).

Check In Times
You may start checking in for the Tournament at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 24th. If you do not make it on Wednesday to check in, you must check in 1 hour prior to your first match. Please do not forget the mandatory players meeting at 7 pm! Thanks.

Thanksgiving Dinner
Here are some local places to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner while you are at the tournament! We would recommend you make reservations. These places are near hotels, about 10-15 minutes from the club.

Practice Courts/Hitting Partners/
You may reserve practice courts starting November 8th at 9 AM. The cost of a practice court is $36. If you want a hitting partner, we have several juniors on site from our programs and pro's. The cost of the hitting partner is $50 per court. If you would like a private lesson with a pro, the cost is $85. Please contact Phil Parrish at 508-358-7355 if you want a hitting partner or lesson. To just reserve a court, you can calll The Longfellow Club at 508-358-7355 and the Natick Racquet Club at 508-653-4606.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 28, 2010 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
