Saturday Schedule
The schedule for Saturday has been published. If it rains and we have to move indoors the girls' semifinals matches will have priority because one player also has to play doubles.

DOUBLES DRAWS & TIMES
Doubles draws and times have now been posted. Due to an omission in the girls doubles draw, we have had to rework the draw. Please look it over carefully to see if your match time has changed.

MAIN DRAW REGISTRATION
There is mandatory player check-in/registration for Main Draw players between 12pm and 4pm on Sunday. Players not signed-in by 4pm will forfeit their spot on the Main Draw and the spot will be awarded to a Lucky Loser from the qualifying draw. The only exception to this rule is if you are playing in the Southern Bullfrog tournament which ends on Monday, October 5th.

LUCKY LOSERS
We will have 8 quarterfinalists from the Qualifying Draw move into the main draw from Boys event and 8 quarterfinalists move into the main draw from the Girls event. We will also have atleast two spots open to Lucky Losers who lose in the Round of 16 from each draw. Lucky Losers will be drawn from the 8 losing pre-quarterfinalists.

MAIN DRAW ATTIRE
Sweathirts, gym shorts, dress shirts, T-shirts or any other inappropriate attire shall NOT be allowed during a match (including warm-up). Collared buttoned shirts or zippered shirts are allowed.

All players must enter and withdrawal from ITF events (18 and under division only) with their IPIN number online at http://www.itftennis.com/ipin.

|
MAIN DRAW: Due to a conflict with the Southern Bullfrog
tournament on Monday the 5th of October, half of the main draw
matches for this event will start on Monday and the other half will
start on Tuesday morning.
QUALIFIER: Qualifying for this event will be held October 3rd and
4th. Please visit http://www.usta.com/itftournaments for
registration information.
HOTEL: We have a limited number of hotel rooms reserved at the
Atlanta Marriott in Norcross for $69 per night. This includes a
full breakfast each day. You can call them at 770-263-8558 and ask
for "Atlanta ITF" to get the special rate.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 10, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
