This tournament is a Midwest Level 6 Challenger tournament for Boys and Girls 14, 12 and 10 and under singles.
First Match Losers Consolation Tournament Players who lose their first match will be placed in a First Match Losers Consolation tournament. Trophies will be given for both main draw and consolation tournament champions and finalists. Club-Net Clubs are proud of the fact that our tournaments always offer consolation events.
Schedule of Matches
Matches will begin Friday as early as 4 p.m. Most finals will be played Sunday evening. Draws may be limited.
-If we have a large number of applicants, draw sizes may have to be limited.
-Players will receive an email from the USTA indicating whether they have been selected for the tournament or whether they are an alternate.
-Players will be selected based first upon their Midwest Standing and then on their district standing in the age group of the event.
-Players who are are alternates will not be charged the entry fee for the tournament.
-Players not chosen will be put on an alternate list that will be posted on this website within 24 hours of entries closing.
-Alternates will be asked to play if we have players withdrawal from the tournament.
First and Second Match Starting Times
-First match starting times may found by clicking on the words "Future Match Info Report" above after 6 p.m on Wednesday, May 13, 2009. It will appear underlined in blue above.
-We will be using two clubs for this tournament. Please make sure you know which club you will be playing at.
-Matches followed by "Linco" will be played at The Lincolnshire Club, (847-913-2000). Matches followed by "Liber" will be played at The Libertyville Club (847-362-5553).
-Please note that the time on the far left is the first match starting time.
-The two match times on the right are the player's second match times. The match time following a "W" is the second match time if the player wins his/her first match. The match time following an "L" is the second match time if the player loses his/her first match.
-Plan to arrive at the proper club at least fifteen minutes before your starting time.
-Please allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the clubs. If you are lost or stuck in traffic, calling the club prior to your starting time may be a factor in not being defaulted or penalized.
Scoring
Matches will be played using regular add scoring. Instead of a third set, a match tiebreak will be played (first player to 10 points with a 2 point margin)
We cannot contact you unless your provide us your telephone numbers and e-mail address.
We do not receive your phone numbers from the USTA. If you don't provide us with a home phone number, cell phone number and email address when you register for this tournament we will be unable to notify you about the tournament.
All tournament matches may be digitally recorded. All tournament matches may be digitally recorded and a DVD purchased. By registering for this tournament you are agreeing to have your tournament matches recorded. These recordings will be available for sale at the tournament desk.
No refunds after the draw has been made.
Draws will be posted at the conclusion of the tournament and updated throughout the tournament.
Tournament matches will be played indoors on hard courts using both The Lincolnshire Club and The Libertyville Club.

The Lincolnshire Club
The Lincolnshire Club is a 45,000 square foot, full service club built on innovative programs and personalized instruction. The club features five indoor hard-courts, four outdoor clay courts, a state-of-the art fitness center, group exercise studio, outdoor pool, pro shop with racquet stringing on-site and locker rooms with towel service. The Lincolnshire Club is part of the Club-Net network of clubs which includes The Libertyville Club (Libertyville, IL), East Side Tennis & Fitness Club and West Side Tennis Club (both in Kenosha, WI) and the Racine Tennis Club (Racine, WI). The Lincolnshire and Libertyville Clubs are home to three highly recgonized tennis academies: CARE Academy, directed by Mark Bey; National Junior Tennis Academy, directed by Brian McNamara; and the Lincolnshire Tennis Academy directed by Russ Hadziabdic. For more than 20 years, the CARE and National Junior Tennis Academies have produced ATP and WTA ranked players. In addition, players who attended these academies have received hundreds of thousands of dollars in collegiate scholarships and most have received district, sectional and national rankings. The Lincolnshire Tennis Academy is for the newly committed player, aged 8 to 16. Players are encouraged to compete at the district and sectional levels.
