PRACTICE COURTS/HOTELS/DIRECTIONS Hotels & Directions: Hotels nearby would be Verandah Inn Venice (941)484-9559, Best Western Venice (941)480-9898(First Choice), and Days Inn Englewood(941)474-5544, Osprey Inn in Osprey woud be about 15-20 minutes but might be a good alternative(941)966-2121. We have only 7 courts and will not have practice courts available as they are all reserved for tournament match play. However, there are public courts nearby(see below). Matches will be scheduled for all three days. Please plan accordingly. Please check in when you arrive, and be close to the tournament desk at your scheduled match time. Have fun and good luck! There are public courts with a hitting wall just south of the club. If you follow directions to the club, and then: 1. Head southeast on Englewood Rd/FL-776 for 3.9 miles 2. Turn right at W Wentworth St and go 0.4 miles 3. Hard courts are on the left. We have a vending machine on site for gatorade, water, and soda. We don't serve food, but there are many restaurants and other food establishments nearby.
