Non-Mandatory Check In and Player Information
Wednesday Nov.25th at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Costa Mesa/Orange County Airport 3131 So Bristol Street, Costa Mesa from 4 to 6pm is a player non mandatory check in. For out of town guests and players to pick up the draws and player info pack. Players can sign up for doubles, leave area phone number contact.
Also drop off player medical release forms. If players choose not to come bye than all the info packs will be given at first round check in Thursday Nov.26th. On site alternates will be based on on line registration order of rank and must check in at tournament desk starting Thursday 7:30 AM. First rounds will start at 8AM Thursday with 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of back draw in singles to be played. The Doubles will be open for sign up to 12 noon on Thursday Nov.26th and first rounds will begin Friday after 1 PM.

Medical Release Forms
All partipants on registration and check in prior to first round match must fill out or bring to the Tournament Director a Medical Release Form before play. Medical Release Forms can be downloaded from USTA.com at Junior Competition and click forms.Medical Release forms will be available at the tournament desk through tournament.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 29, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
