All players entering ITF Junior Circuit tournaments agree, as a condition of their entry, to have an International Player Identification Number IPIN. Failure by a player to have registered and paid for
valid IPIN Membership will result in the rejection of that players' entry.

ON-SITE ALTERNATES
Eligible players who appear at the tournament site at their own risk to fill a possible vacancy. In order to
be eligible as an on-site alternate, a player must have completed an official entry form and must personally sign-in with the Referee on site a minimum of one half hour before play begins. Eligible players shall be accepted according to the latest available junior world ranking. Unranked On-Site Alternates will be drawn by lot.

CLOTHING
Players must conform to ITF regulations, as in appropriate attire. No t- shirts, gym shorts, sweatshirts shall be worn. Logo restrictions shall also be enforced. Members of a doubles team shall be dressed in substantially the same colors.

The 16's events of the USTA Orange Bowl International Tennis Championship uses ITF age eligibility. In order to be age-eligible for the tournament, players must be born January 1, 2004, or later. If your birthdate is before this date, please do not register. Players must be 13 by start of the main draw.
