Practice Courts, Check-in, Player Meeting, Start times, and Doubles:
Players may practice on site on Friday, May 15. Practice courts will be available for reservation starting Thursday, May 14, at 3pm. We will have non-mandatory check-in on Friday evening from 5 to 6pm at the tennis center. We will also have an optional player's meeting on Friday at 6pm. This meeting is not mandatory, but the Tournament Director and Tournament Referee will be available to answer any questions about the event. The draw will be made on Thursday and will not be posted until Friday. Matches will begin on Saturday at 8am. Boys matches will be played outside, weather permitting, and Girls matches will be indoors. On Sunday, the Boys will be indoors and the Girls will be outdoors. Doubles sign-in will take place on Friday and Saturday during registration, and will remain open until the end of the first round of singles. There will be a sign-up sheet for players looking for a partner. The doubles draw will be made on Saturday, and play will begin Sunday.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 16, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
