With the exception of the G 12's, players in ALL OTHER DRAWS MUST BRING PAYMENT TO THE SITE.
The fee for the tournament is $54.25 and can be paid in cash or check (made out to Northwestern University).
Per NCAA rules we cannot allow players to playwithout receiving payment first.

Tournament Director error with Entry Processing
An error was made when processing entrants for the Wildcat Winter Championships 12/12. Only the G 12's entries were processed properly and charged. The other entries were not selected and therefore you will receive an email saying you are an alternate. DISREGARD THIS EMAIL. The tournament director has MANUALLY ADDED ALL PLAYERS to their respective draws. All players that entered by the deadline HAVE BEEN SELECTED for the tournament.
***With the exception of the G12's division: All other entrants will HAVE TO PAY ON SITE $54.25. Checks should be made out to Northwestern University.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, December 10, 2008 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
