The last matches scheduled for that day are 2:00 so everyone should be done in time to get cleaned up with time to spare. I advise you to make Thanksgiving dinner reservations as soon as you make your hotel reservations. The hotel has a limited number of spaces available for the buffet and unless you want to eat at the Waffle House that day you should make your reservations now. Also, the restaurant is closed Thanksgiving Day and room service and the Thanksgiving Day Buffet are the only dining options.

Doubles
We will be playing doubles first both Thursday and Friday morning. We have used this format each year and received nothing but compliments. This format keeps players from leaving town early if they are eliminated from singles quickly. Doubles first also gets everyone warmed up for their singles matches. In order to do this we need to make the doubles draw Wednesday night. If you have a partner please let me know by email at tennisproken@yahoo.com or you may call 513-489-9700. You can check the competitor's list to see who is playing and who has already secured a partner. I can contact potential partners for you. If you do not intend to play doubles let me know so I may open up that spot to an alternate. In 2008 all 64 players in the singles division played doubles as well.

Five Season's phone # is 513-489-0700. As the draw sizes diminish we will play the matches exclusively at Harper's Point.
