Playing Site Address
The address for The Longfellow Club in Wayland is 524 Boston Post Rd, Wayland, MA 01778. It is about 1/2 hour from Newton Marriot and 20 minutes from the Courtyard.
The address for the Natick Racquet Club is 16 Michigan Dr, Natick, Ma 01760. The time from the Newton Marriot is 25 minutes and from the Courtyard, 15 minutes.

New USTA Regulations State Draws Cannot Be Posted Until Sunday, November 22

Mandatory Players Meeting - Wednesday, November 25th 7-8pm
There will be a mandatory players meeting at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 25th. The meeting will last an hour. Prizes will be given away. In the event you cannot make the players meeting, you must notify the tournament director via enail and you must check in 1 hour prior to your match. All players must have the USTA Waiver Form signed by their parents in order to play. Waiver form available at USTA.com

Match Schedule for the Tournament
Matches will be scheduled as follows: Championship Singles play begins Thursday, November 26th (2 Rounds of singles). Championship Doubles Begin on Friday, November 27th (2 Rounds of Doubles). Consolation Draw (through quarters) begin Thursday, November 26th (1 round). A maximum of 2 rounds of singles will be scheduled each day. However, players entered in doubles must be prepared to play 4 matches each day (two singles and two doubles).

Thanksgiving Inter-Faith Prayer Service
Peter Cook, of Plymouth Church in Framingham, will be leading a Inter-Faith Thanksgiving Prayer Service on Thursday, Thanksgiving morning from 9:00-9:15. We hope you will attend!

The rate at the Boston Marriot Newton is $109 and the Marriot Courtyard is $107 plus applicable taxes. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the Longfellow Club when making your reservations. Here are some local places to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner while you are at the tournament! We would recommend you make reservations. These places are near hotels, about 10-15 minutes from the club.

All players must have a USTA Waiver Form signed by your parents. If you are traveling with your coach, you must have your parents sign it. You can get the form by going to USTA.Com and looking under the Tournament Section and clicking on Juniors and Registration Forms. Here is the link:

Practice Courts/Hitting Partners
You may reserve practice courts starting November 14th at 9 AM. The cost of a practice court is $34. If you want a hitting partner, we have several juniors on site from our programs and pro's. The cost of the hitting partner is $48 per court. If you would like a private lesson with a pro, the cost is $85. Please contact Phil Parrish at 508-358-7355 if you want a hitting partner or lesson. To just reserve a court, you can calll The Longfellow Club at 508-358-7355 and the Natick Racquet Club at 508-653-4606.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 29, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
