Draw Information
The draw will be posted one week prior to the start of the tournament. However, all players can expect to have a match on Thursday, November 27. We will be playing only the first round matches that day the consolation matches will begin Friday morning.

Doubles
The doubles registration will be at the club on Friday evening at 7 PM. This registration time will be mandatory for all those wishing to play in the doubles draw. We will begin the draw shortly afterwards on Friday evening. If you do not have a partner lined up, you can try to find one during this registration period. This is the only time to sign up for doubles, it does not matter if you have registered for it online!

Hotels
We have deals with several hotels in the area for this tournament. The Hampton Inn is giving us a rate of $99/night if you mention you're with our tournament. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, in-room high speed internet service, and a hot "on-the-house" breakfast. To book a room, please call (518) 785-0000 and tell them you're with our tournament. The Hampton Inn is located just a quarter mile up the road from the club, on New Loudon Rd (a.k.a. RT. 9), on the right hand side.
The special rate for the Hampton Inn & Suites is $89/night for a room with two queen beds and $99/night for a king studio suite. Amenities include a hot breakfast buffet, wireless and high speed internet access, and an indoor pool and fitness facility. To book a room, please call (518) 782-7500 and tell them you're with the USTA tournament. To get to this hotel, take the northway (I-87) north to exit 6. Take a left onto RT. 7 west and travel for 3 miles. Take a left at the light onto British American Blvd., the hotel is on the left (45 British American Blvd).
At the Century House (a Clarion hotel), a longtime tournament partner, we have a special rate of $109/night for the tournament. Amenities include a full buffet breakfast, high speed internet, and a 24-hour exercise room. To book a room, please call them at (518) 785-0931 and tell them you're with the USTA tournament. The Century House is located a quarter of a mile up the road from the club, on New Loudon Rd. (a.k.a. Route 9...you'll see a sign for the Clarion too).

Driving Directions
From the New York State Thruway:
Take exit 24. Follow the signs for Albany Airport (Route 87 north). Take Rt 87 to exit 7. Bear right on the ramp. Stay in the right lane until you reach a traffic light (Route 9). Take a right at the light onto Rt. 9 north. Tri-City Fitness is on the left just past the first traffic light, directly behind the Acura dealership.

Practice Courts
Practice Courts will be available each morning of the tournament, with a half hour limit per player. You may not book a court until the draw is posted online a week before the tournament begins. At that point, courts can be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The cost will be $20 for half an hour. If you would like a hitting pro, please book the court and email me to give me notice and I will find one for you. The cost for a court with a hitting pro is $30/half hour.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 30, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
