We have a few of the Player Profile Books still available. These are bios of all the competitors with their interests, school choices, as well as their contact information. If you are interested please contact Steve at sbickham@ytsd.org and I will send you one out. Cost is $35 plus shipping.

There is a mandatory player's check in on Saturday, August 2nd from 12:30-5:00 pm. YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THIS MEETING OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN YOUR SPOT BEING REPLACED IN THE DRAW.

The opening ceremony on Saturday evening begins at 5 pm with a US Military Band and Color Guard. Following the ceremony will be the player's meeting and Barbeque Dinner. BBQ is free for players, $10 for guests.

We will be offering a warm-up clinic for any of the participants of the National Tournament. Clinics will be offered daily, Monday thr Friday, July 28-August 1, from 2-4:30 and Saturday, August 2nd from 10-12:30. Cost for the clinic is $50 per day. In order to compete in the Girls 16 Nationals we must have the Medical Release form in hand and signed by a parent or guardian by Saturday, August 2nd at 5 pm. If you are going to be late checking in make sure you have this form as well as the college profile form faxed or emailed to the Tournament Director before this time. Failure to do so could result in you losing your place in the draw. more info
