Hotel information is located here as well as the format of play. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE WITH YOU PROPERLY SIGNED. You can obtain a medical release form by going to www.usta.com, click on juniors, then click on forms.. You can't register without the medical release.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.
