Good day today (except for the wind!). Check the weather phone 410 581-4760 for information tomorrow if the weather looks threatening. (If busy, keep trying - just means too many people calling at once.) We are going to try to play outdoors, but may go indoors (at noon or so) if forced.

Draws
While normally we do not publish draws till later, we are publishing what may be tentative draws this evening - especially since the Friday night meeting is no longer considered mandatory by USTA. However, we caution all to check the draws again Friday night: We do get withdrawals and in some cases must change the draw - and we will NOT notify players of changes (though we will make note that there have been changes in these notes). Also, although the players meeting is no longer considered mandatory, it is extremely useful, we will have courts for practice, and we are serving a complimentary KFC dinner to all players (and parents, etc.) on site Friday. (Read all the notes here and on the other site for more information.)

NEW Information:
The tournament web site has been updated to reflect some new information regarding check-in (Friday night meeting is no longer considered mandatory by USTA) and doubles sign up (see note directly below this one as well). Thanks for your patience we're trying to make this easier for everyone, especially our out of towners. NOTE: We alternate every year, so for 2008 BOYS will be scheduled to be the first to play each round - singles and doubles and consolations, including the first round Saturday morning (no girls will play at 8 a.m.).
