Match Ckeck-in Regulations
USTA Regulations require that you MUST check-in by the time your match is scheduled. For example, if 6 matches are scheduled at 11:30 am, ALL matches scheduled at that time will be called and the lateness clock will start for any players who have not checked in (even if only a few courts are available). The referee will determine the order that matches will be put on the court, but a player DOES NOT escape the lateness penalty just because his/her match is not one of the first matches from that time group sent out to the court. The check-in desk will be open at least 30 minutes before the first matches every day. DON'T BE DEFAULTED -- BE SURE YOU CHECK-IN BY YOUR SCHEDULED TIME! This does not mean sitting outside within calling distance -- it means reporting in to the check-in desk in the tournament room. Please be sure to set your watch with the official clock in the tournament room.
