WARM-UP WITH A PRO
There will be limited spaces available to warm-up with a pro from 6:00 - 8:00 am daily at WTC. You may also make arrangements to warm-up with a pro at another site later in the day. Contact us (334-615-3790) to register. Warm-up list will be at front desk daily.

CHECK-IN FOR TOURNAMENT
Check-in is Friday, February 15 from 2:00pm – 7:00pm (Central Daylight Time) at Westgate Tennis Center. Late Registration will end at 9:00pm.

MEETING/PARTY, 7:00 PM Central, FRIDAY, FEB. 15
There will be an informative meeting with the Tournament Director and Referee on Friday, February 15 at 7:00 PM Central Standard Time. The meeting will be at Westgate Recreation Center (across from WTC). The Tournament Director and Referee will go over rules, lunch pickups, and things related to our tournament. Food is provided at this meeting for everyone traveling with you. While it is not mandatory, we encourage everyone to attend. If you will not be arriving in time for checkin and the meeting, please let us know so we can mark you as a late arrival.

MEDICAL RELEASE
USTA requires a medical release form SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of check-in. Please download and bring this completed form with you or fax to us (334-678-0763) to speed up the registration process. Players are NOT allowed on court without this signed release.

DOUBLES
Only players who enter doubles at WTC are eligible to play doubles. Players have until 9:00am Saturday, Feb 16 (first day of play) to sign up for doubles. Doubles will begin the first day.

TOURNAMENT SITES
Play will be at multiple sites for the first 2 days. The sites are Westgate Tennis Center (WTC) and Azalea Swim & Tennis Club (AZ).

FREE PLAYER LUNCHES DAILY
Players will receive a free lunch daily during the tournament. Juice, bagels, coffee, fruit & other breakfast goodies will be available each morning at both sites. Also, trail mix & fruit will be available all during the tournament.

PRACTICE COURTS
There is no charge for practice courts. Courts are available for players on days leading up to the tournament. On tournament mornings, free practice courts are available from 6:00 - 7:20am daily at Westgate Tennis Center. During the day when all the courts are being used for matches, there are practice courts available at other locations. You will be given directions to those in your gift bag. NO practice courts at Azalea.

STRINGING
There will be a stringer available on site. $25 for SynGut - $30 for Poly - $15 with your string.

Most people connect to Dothan through Atlanta, Georgia or Tallahassee, Florida. Contact the airport for additional information. DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO WTC From Dothan Regional Airport, follow Napier Field Road south to Highway 231 and turn left onto Highway 231 south. (Solomon Chevrolet will be on your left.) Then follow directions "From Montgomery, AL heading South on 231) to WTC. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from airport to Westgate Tennis Center. DIRECTIONS: From Montgomery, AL heading South on 231
Traveling south from Montgomery on Hwy 231: When approaching Dothan, Solomon Chevrolet on the left. Wal-Mart is next on the left. When completely past Wal-Mart, turn right at 2nd traffic light on to Westgate Pkwy(Country Corner Shopping Center on right). Go approx. 1/2 mile. Turn right at 3rd traffic light-Choctaw St (Westgate Church of Christ). At dead end, Westgate Recreation Center is in front of you (Mandatory Mtg/Player Party). WTC is one block on the right.

DIRECTIONS from Atlanta to Dothan
From ATLANTA, take Hwy I-85 South, Exit I-185 South toward Columbus, Exit 10 - 431 South to Phenix City, Al, 431 South through Eufaula, Headland & into Dothan. At Dothan, turn right on Ross Clark Cir (Hwy 231). Kmart on right. LANDMARKS on right: Post Office, Bondy's Ford, Comfort Inn, Hooter’s Restaurant. The next traffic light past Hooter’s Turn Right on to Choctaw. At dead end, Westgate Recreation Center is in front of you (Mandatory Mtg/Player Party). WTC is one block on the right.

DIRECTIONS From Florida, traveling 231 North
Traveling North on Highway 231 from Florida, after you enter Dothan City Limits, Wal-mart on left. Go few more blocks to major intersection, turn left onto Ross Clark Cir. (Holiday Inn South on right) Travel around circle to intersection with Hwy 84 West. Turn left at 84 West. (Krispy Crème on left at turn.) Go 1 block on 84W & turn right onto Westgate Parkway. Left at 1st traffic light onto Choctaw St. (Church on corner) Dead end-Westgate Center (meeting straight ahead). WTC is one block on the right.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Boys and Girls SINGLES is a Full Feed-In draw through the quarters with a 3rd & 4th place playoff. Play will be the best 2 of 3 tiebreak sets.
DOUBLES is an 8-game pro set with a set tiebreak (first to 7 by 2) at 8 games all.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
is 11:59am (EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME) which is NOON not Midnight.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 24, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
