Medical Release/Wavier
Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been accepted must fill out and sign a Medical Realease/Waiver and present it to the tournament before they play their first match. Click on "more info" to print out a copy.

Doubles
It is not necessary to sign up for Doubles online. All players wishing to play doubles must sign-up by 2pm on the FIRST DAY of the tournament, June 28th, whether or not you registered for doubles online. we will have a mandatory doubles sign-up sheet available at all tournament desks. if you need a partner, sign up and we will help to match you with another person who needs a partner. all doubles matches are an 8 game pro set with a match tie-breaker (first to 10 by 2) at 8-8. it is not the responsibility of the tournament to match a player with a partner, but we will do our best to help.

Draws
The draws will be posted on the morning of Friday June 27th. We do NOT take time requests. You must be available to play at any time during the tournament dates.

Long Beach Airport is 1.9 Miles from Lakewood courts, Los Angeles Airport is 22.0 Miles & Orange County (John Wayne) is 23.6 Miles. If you can get a flight into Long Beach Airport that would be the best. Seal Beach Tennis Center is about 9 miles from Lakewood Tennis Center

Check-in
Players are required to check-in 1/2 hour before their scheduled match time at the location stated on the draw.

On-Site Alternate
If you want to show up as an on-site alternate, Boys 18's must show up at Seal Beach Tennis center at 7:30 am. Girls 18's must show up at Seal Beach Tennis center one half hour before the first Girls 18 match starts. The Boys 16's must show up at Lakewood Tennis Center at 7:30 am. Girls 16's must show up at Lakewood Tennis center one half hour before the first Girls 16 match starts. Sign in and we will take players by order of the national standing list (Players who are already on the alternate list have priority over players who are not.)

REFUNDS
Only players who withdraw at least seven days prior to the tournament (Sunday June 22nd) may receive refunds. No exceptions.

On the first day of the tournament, we will be cooking a free lunch for all the players. Between the hours of 11am to 2 pm the lunch will be available.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
