Tournament Hotel
The tournament hotel for this tournament will be the Residence Inn by Marriott. Located at: 2025 Convention Way, Ontario, Ca., 91764. Contact phone number is: (909) 937-6788. The rate for rooms is $89.00 per night for Studio King rooms, and $129.00 for Penthouses. The hotel offers a Complimentary Hot Breakfast Buffet Daily, parking, Wireless High Speed Internet, On-site fitness room and sport court, and outdoor pool and spa. Rooms include full kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, oven, & stove.
If rooms are not available at the Residence Inn there are many hotels near the sites. We are working on finding another tournament hotel. Please give us time.

Sites
We will be using four sites for this tournament. The main site will be UTC- Upland Tennis Club, 1525 W. 15th St., Upland, Ca., 91786. The other sites will be: TCC- The Claremont Club, 1777 Monte Vista Ave., Claremont, Ca., CMC- Claremont McKenna College, 890 Columbia Ave., Claremont, Ca. & LHTC- La Habra Tennis Center, 351 S. Euclid St., La Habra, Ca.

USTA Medical Release
The USTA and Medical Release forms are required to play in the National Opens. Please print these forms out and bring them with you to the tournament. Be prepared to turn these in before you play your first round match. If you do not have a signed form, you will not be able to play.

Players Clinic
We will have a hitting clinic for players on Friday night from 5-7 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. The clinic will include hitting drills and regular drills. If you are interested please e-mail the tournament director or call the facility to reserve your spot!

Players Lunch
The players lunch will be a BBQ on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Lunch will include: Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chips, cookies, and a drink. It is free for players and $4.00 for parents and siblings.

Hit for Prizes
There will be a Hit for Prizes on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. It is a fun event we do every year. We cover the court with prizes from all of our sponsors, including prizes from: Yonex, Gamma, Babolat, K-Swiss, and Adidas. Players hit fed-balls and whatever they hit they keep!

The lists are online now. Keep checking back frequently. If you are the top 5 alternates please make sure we have you contact information. If we are unable to reach you we will move on to the next alternate.

The NSL for selection will be published on 4/25/07 and for
seeding on 5/7/07.
For entry, use the USTA Registration System.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 24, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
