Entry Deadline

Entry fee of $95.00 plus $5 handling fee = $100 (U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks). No phone or fax entries will be accepted. No refunds will be made after November 13th, for either main draw or qualifying draw. Before November 13th, $75 will be refunded. No late entries will be accepted. All withdrawals must be submitted in writing.
