Important: The deadline is at NOON not Midnight!!! The NSL used for selection will be published on 4/25/07 and for seeding on 5/7/07. The tournament HOST HOTEL is The SpringHill Suites. The tournament rate is $84.00(king) 89.00(double) per night. Please call 770-218-5550 to make reservations. (Be sure to mention the National Open to recieve discount.) If the Host Hotel is full the Fair Field Inn (770-427-9700) is available at the same rate. All players must submit signed medical release prior to play.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA and Canadian Residents of BC. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.
