MANDATORY CHECK-IN
Mandatory means just that. We are staying until 9:30 pm for your convenience. We feel strongly that you should be able to make it by that time, for no other reason than your children need proper rest. You may not get the shirt size you prefer because they are given on a first come, first serve basis.
For those of you that "just can't make it by that time" need to do the following:
1. Make sure your entry fee has been paid - check the Tournament Entry Fee Report
2. Please fax in your Medical Release Waiver with your cell phone numbers & hotel info to 251/345-1863
3. Show up 30 minutes before your match time at the Mobile Tennis Center. Please be patient with us when checking in, we will be focused on getting matches on and off the court. Checking in people at this time will be a detriment to the tournament.
Thank you for your cooperation.

DOUBLES

If you are supposed to be on it and your name is not there, email me - novak49@comcast.net
If you are not supposed to be on it and your name is there, email me - novak49@comcast.net
If you are supposed to be paired with someone in particular, email me - novak49@comcast.net
Remember, that the Doubles Event is just as important as the Singles Event. Meaning, if you do not show up for your match, you will be penalized. An excuse like "I did not know my Mom signed me up for Doubles" is not acceptable - LOOK AT THE COMPETIORS LIST, PLEASE.
Last opportunity to sign up for doubles will be at the Mandatory Check-In. Please note that you are responsible for entering or withdrawing from doubles as well as finding a partner. If you do not have a partner by 11/22 at 9:00 pm, we will do our best to assign you one. However, if there is an odd number of entries, there are no guarantees. Any alternates that were selected to play singles, will have to notify me if you want to play doubles.
One round of Doubles will be played each day. We will only move up a doubles match if all players are in agreement, if it does not move one part of the draw ahead of the other, and it can start by 3:30 pm. If all players in doubles are out of singles, we will play more than one round a day.
