Doubles Registration
The doubles registration will be at 5 PM on sunday at Tri-City. Play will begin shortly thereafter. We will be playing two rounds on Sunday, and the finals will hopefully be played on Monday, depending on how many teams sign up. If you wish to play doubles, this registration time is MANDATORY.

Player Meeting
We will hold our player meeting on Thursday night, February 16, at 7 PM at The Century House, which is one of our recommended hotels. While this meeting is not mandatory, attendance is strongly recommended. Play will begin Friday morning.

Tournament Hotels
We will be using two hotels as our designated tournament hotels, The Century House and the Hampton Inn and Suites. At The Century House, we have a special rate of $89/night for the tournament. Amenities include a full buffet breakfast, high speed internet, and a 24-hour exercise room. To book a room, please call them at (518) 785-0931 and tell them you're with the USTA tournament. The Century House is located a quarter of a mile up the road from the club, on New Loudon Rd (a.k.a. Route 9).
The special rate for the Hampton Inn & Suites is also $89/night. Amenities include a hot breakfast buffet, wireless and high speed internet access, and an indoor pool and fitness facility. To book a room, please call (518) 782-7500 and tell them you're with the USTA National Open Tournament. To get to this hotel, take the Northway (I- 87) north to exit 6. Take a left onto Rt. 7 West and travel for 3 miles. Take a left at the light onto British American Blvd., the hotel is on the left (45 British American Blvd).

Practice Courts
Practice Courts may now be booked. Due to demand, we are limiting court time on Saturday and Sunday mornings to half an hour per person. Please talk to our front desk staff to book courts.

Directions
From the New York State Thruway:
Take Exit 24. Follow the signs for Albany Airport (Route 87 North). Take Rt 87 to Exit 7. Bear right on the ramp. Stay in the right lane until you reach a traffic light (Route 9). Take a right at the light onto Rt. 9 North. Tri-City Fitness is on the left just past the first traffic light, directly behind the Acura dealership.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 26, 2006 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
