WEATHER OUTLOOK: Pack your parkas, sweaters, gloves, UA Cold Gear, and....Ship them to Siberia!!! It's going to be HOT, as usual. Highs for the next 7 days are forecast to be in the 90's. Dewpoints are in the 70's and Heat Indices will be hovering around 100. Here's what you need to do >>> START DRINKING NOW and DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU LEAVE GEORGIA !!! If you get thirsty on the court, it's already to late to keep yourself hydrated properly. Bring a small cooler in which you can keep a cold moist handtowel to put around your neck on change-overs. If you run out of fluids to drink on the court, notify your umpire and he will arrange for you to get refilled. Don't try to make your jug last the whole match. There is plenty of water and ice in Peachtree City and Newnan.

If you are using GPS or MapQuest, the street address will miss by 1-2 miles
Use the written directions in the text under the headings below. The street address for Peachtree City Tennis Center is 10 Planterra Way, but generally that address will land you in a subdivision about 1.5 miles away. If you can't follow written directions, the best address for MapQuest or Yahoo maps is GA Hwy 54 at Planterra Way (in fact we have that map below "more info"). That address is the intersection in front of the tennis center. If you turn south, there is the Tennis Center. If you turn north, you can visit GoodSports, a fine sporting goods specialty store on the corner in the Washington Mutual Building. We will be able to redirect you to the Tennis Center. We can even show it to you from our window.

Scheduling your stay.
Because of the 192-draw format, no player will be eliminated from singles until Monday. Doubles also has a layered consolation, which will ensure that everyone will have a match on Sunday, either singles, doubles, or both, if they so choose. We suggest that you make hotel reservations for the longest stay that you can imagine. It is often difficult to extend your stay when your daughter advances beyond your expectations. Additonally, rain can always be a factor in when you will actually leave.
