Player Registration
All players must register at the Waco Regional Tennis Center on Wednesday Night between 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Tournament Pavilion-Tournament Office.

Doubles Sign Up
Players wanting to sign up for doubles play must do so at the Player Registration on Wednesday Night or you have until the FINAL DEADLINE of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Doubles play will start Friday evening. No sign up will taken after the DEADLINE. If you know your doubles partner name already, please e-mail this to me and I can match you up in the tournament system. mdoty@wacotennis.net

Tournament Sponsor-Outback Steakhouse
Waco Regional Tennis Center and Outback Steakhouse will be hosting a free tournament lunch for all players on Friday from 11:30 a.m- 1:30 p.m.at WRTC. Parents, family members and coaches will need to purchase tickets at the player registration night on Wednesday or by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Tournament Sites
The tournament will be held at Waco Regional Tennis all week. On openning day we will play at Waco Regional Tennis Center and Baylor Varsity Courts home of the 2004 NCAA National Champions.

Medical Release Form
All players are required to turn in a medical release form to the tournament desk before play. Please bring your formed signed. Extra copies will be available at the tournament office, but must have a parents signature.

Thursday-Sunday Facility opens at 7:00 a.m. and courts are avaible from 7:00-7:45 a.m. Practice courts available on any open courts.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
