Player Warm-ups
We will be offering a group player warm-up for players traveling without a warm up partner. David Robinson our Head Pro will be running this program. The cost is $15 per person and we will have at least one session on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Further session will be arranged as needed. Girls 12 Draw / Alternates
WE HAVE SEVERAL GIRLS 12 SINGLES SPOTS OPEN. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO MISSED THE DEADLINE AND WOULD LIKE TO PLAY HAVE THEM CONTACT DICK HATFIELD. We have moved the first 17 boys alternates into the draw. If you have questions about the order you may e-mail the TD at rhatfield@augustaga.gov To all players: Please make sure your USTA Membership information is correct with your phone number. This is so we can reach you.

Check In / Mandatory Player Meeting
Player check in will be from 5 to 7PM Wed. Nov. 23 at Newman Tennis Center. A Mandatory Player meeting will start at 7PM. It will last 30 minutes and all players will be expected to know all the information that is covered.

Tournament Dinner
All Players Parents and Coaches are invited to our Thanksgiving Dinner. It will be held after play ends on Thanksgiving Day. Each player is given 2 tickets for dinner. Additional Tickets are $10 per person.

Your Game Face Pictures
Your Game Face will be back again this year taking action shots of players. You can have posters or other types of photo's taken. Sign up when you get here. You will be very pleased with the finished product.

All players: Mecial Release Forms / Entry Forms
If you are initially selected for the draw please go to our site and download a medical release form and bring it with you to the tournament. You will not be allowed to play without turning in a signed medical release form. If you were not initially selected for the tournament and were placed on the alternate list or were a late entry: 1. You will need to go to our site and download the entry form and send it in to us. 2. When you are offered a place in the draw you must then download a medical release form and bring it with you.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
