Mandatory Meeting
All players will need to attend the mandatory meeting held 30 minutes prior to the start of each first round matches (first round match start times: 8:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.). Players not present for the start of the mandatory meeting could possibly lose their spot with an alternate on site. It is highly recommend that you have directions to our site by downloading the player information file. Again, lateness could cost you your position in the draw.

Player Withdrawl
Any player who was selected to the tournament wishing to withdraw must contact us via email or fax. Only when we have written confirmation will you be replaced with an alternate. For everyone's benefit, please do this ASAP.

Player Information File
All players in the upcoming Boys' 12 National Championships should download the 2005
Player information file. Draw posting, procedures for registering, selection process, withdrawing, past winners, maps to facility, workouts, etc. Most FAQ for the players and parents can be answered by reviewing this file.

Medical Waiver & Release
All participants must have a signed waiver by their parent or legal guardian. If players did not receive the release, please click on the link below to obtain one. Once all information has been completed please fax the signed copy to 949-240-1956, or drop off at the front desk prior to your first round match

Pre-Tournament Drill
Our teaching pro will be conducting a drill session on Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:30 a.m. for all of the participants. If you would like to attend please contact the tennis center at 949-240-2104.

Practice Courts
Practice courts will be available to the players on Wednesday, November 23rd from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Please call in the day before or day of to make your reservation.

T-Shirts
Tournament T-shirts will be provided to the participants. All players need to email us their size selection (adult small, medium, large, x-large) by November 15th. If we do not receive a size, you will receive an adult medium.

For entry, use the USTA Registration System.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
