ALTERNATES & LATE ENTRIES
Alternates are listed in order. If a player drops out we will go down the alternate list in order. If you are picked from the alternate list we will call or email you to get your credit card information so we can charge you for the entry fee. Your credit card was not charged when you were put on the alternate list. LATE ENTRIES: If you missed the entry deadline to apply, please e-mail me at RollieShea@aol.com and I will add you to the bottom of the alternate list.

MATCH TIMES
First match times will be given out at the Official Player Meeting on Wednesday. Players unable to attend the Official Player Meeting can find their first match time on the tournament web page after 6pm on Wednesday, November 23.

PLAYER MEETING & REGISTRATION
The Player Meeting is on Wednesday, November 23 at 6:00-7:00 pm at The Club. Refreshments will be served. Player packets, t-shirts & draws will be given out at the Player Meeting. Those unable to attend may register and pick up their player packets 30 minutes prior to their match.

DOUBLES SIGN-UP
Doubles sign-up will close at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 24. Play starts Friday afternoon. Players looking for partners can sign up at the Tournament Desk.

DRAWS
Draws will available at player registration.
|
PRACTICE
Pros are available to practice with at reasonable rates. Call The Club to arrange.

MEDICAL WAIVER & RELEASE
All participants must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If players did not receive the release, please click on the link below to obtain one. Once all information has been completed please bring release to the Tournament Desk prior to your first round match. In accordance with USTA regulations, you will not be permitted to play until this release is turned in.

MATCH SCHEDULE
Matches will be scheduled as follows: Championship Singles play begins Thursday, November 24th (2 rounds). Championship Doubles play begins Friday, November 25th (2 rounds). Consolation (full feed-in through quarters) begins Thursday, November 24th (1 round). A maximum of 2 rounds of Championship singles will be scheduled each day. However, players also entered in doubles must be prepared to play 4 matches each day (2 singles & 2 doubles). Doubles matches are 8-game pro-sets.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
