Alternates:
Alternates are listed in order, so if someone drops out I will go down the alternate list in order of rankings. If you are picked from the alternate list I will call you and then you need to mail a check for the amount of the tournament because your credit card was not charged if you were put on the alternate list. If you missed the deadline to apply, please e-mail me at WBrown10S@aol.com and I will add you to the bottom of the alternate list.

Withdrawals:
I need all players who would like to withdrawal to PLEASE e-mail me at WBrown10S@aol.com with that info. Please do not call and leave that message with my staff. There will be no refunds after November 14.

Check-In Wednesday
Please come by Wednesday night to The Roger Scott Tennis Center between 4-8pm for check-in. There you will receive the draw and info about the tournament. Please, if you cannot make it for check-in arrive 45 minute before your scheduled match. We will have lessons available for Tuesday and Wednesday for $40.00 an hour. Please call closer to time of the tournament to book those hitting times.

Food for the tournament:
We will have bagels and fruit each day of the tournament and we will provide lunch on Friday for all players. We will have a list of restaurants that will be open for the Thanksgiving weekend.

The singles will start on Thursday morning for girls and boys
and we will not play doubles until after the singles on Friday. You
can sign up for doubles on Wednesday night or Thursday until 12:00
Noon. If you have already signed up with a partner, PLEASE sign up
again at check-in.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2005 12 Noon Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
