The staff of the Arkansas Tennis Association would like to thank all the players, parents, coaches for coming to our tournament. We hope that you all had a good time. A special thanks to Martin, Bowen and Hefley for providing our athletic trainers, Chuck Davidson and Erin Harmon. Also thank you to all of the tournament staff, officials and volunteers as well as the staff of Burns Park Tennis Center. We couldn't have done it without you.

Registration and Players Meeting
Registration will be at Burns Park Tennis Center on Sunday, August 7 betweeen 4 & 6. There will be a players meeting starting at 6:00 at Burns Park. Immediately following the players meeting will be a hot dog cookout. Please plan on attending.

Alternates
The alternates list is ordered according to the National Standing List. HOWEVER, withdrawing players will be replaced by the next endorsed player from their section until the draw is made. Once the draw is made, alternates will be used as ordered on the alternate list.

Medical Release Form
Please fax or mail a medical release form to the Arkansas Tennis Association, 501-223-0531 or mail to 2024 Arkansas Valley Drive #302, Little Rock, AR 72212. We must have a release form on file before you play your first match.

Trainer
A trainer will be on site at all times. A special thanks to Martin Bowen & Hefly Knee & Sports for making this service possible.

Doubles
Doubles sign up will close at 10am on Monday August 8. You must sign up with a partner -- the tournament will not find partners. Doubles play will begin on Monday afternoon, after singles.

All play will be at Burns Park Tennis Center, 4000 Joe Pock Lane, No. Little Rock, AR

Amenities
Misting fan to keep players cool. Ice-pops to every player after each match. Lunch and lemonade will be provided to the players the first 4 days of the tournament.

Practice Courts
Indoor practice courts will be available at Burns Park Tennis Center for $5.00 per 1/2 hour. Outdoor practice courts will be available free of charge -- space available. To ensure an outdoor court, reserve $3.00 per half hour. Call 501-791-8585 to reserve a court.

The host hotel is the Riverfront Wyndham in No. Little Rock, ask for Donna Belcher (between 8 & 4), 501-371-9000. Ask for the Arkansas Tennis Association block. If you have problems, Donna Blecher is our contact there. Her direct line is 501-907-4839.

The seeds are posted. They were based upon the National standings.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 14, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
