Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees and
asylees; Junior players residing in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin
Islands, Samoa or Guam and Canadian residents of British Columbia.
You may be asked for proof of status. Refer to USTA Regulation
III.A.2.a.

Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 14, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
