This is the order alternates will replace any withdrawals originally selected from the Standings List, Championship Selection List, or the National Open Qualifier List. Any withdrawals from a Section Endorsement List, will be replaced with an alternate from that section's list until the draw is made. If you do not have a number by your name, this means you were not on the National Standings list at the time this report was made; but you are on your section's alternate list.

Entry Fee Report
YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY ENTERED IN THIS TOURNAMENT UNTIL YOUR ENTRY FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. This report shows whether or not I have received your entry fee. OVERNIGHT your check made payable to MATA to Mobile Tennis Center, 851 Gaillard Drive, Mobile, AL 36608. If I have not received your entry fee by 9:00 pm central time on 3/16/05, I will consider giving your spot to an onsite alternate. It is not about the money - it is about your intent to show up and many alternates waiting for a chance to get in.
